Moises brings more than 11 years of diagnostic imaging experience, including extensive work in emergency, stroke centers and acute care environments. He is certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and Computed Tomography and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, imaging quality, and professional service.

His experience includes work at THOP East, Las Palmas Medical Center, and Emerus facilities. Cesar is bilingual in English and Spanish and is dedicated to delivering efficient, patient-focused imaging services throughout the community.
